Opus is pleased to have advised the Carbon Trust on its Low Carbon Workplace (LCW) investment partnership alongside Threadneedle and Stanhope.

The LCW partnership is expected to make an initial investment of £350m into refurbishing office buildings to reduce energy use, lower carbon emissions and reduce occupancy costs. It uniquely offers occupiers ongoing advice and support to ensure the building’s energy efficiency specification is achieved in-use.
