Opus advises Three Hills on its minority investment in Sinewave

Opus is pleased to have advised Three Hills, a private markets investment firm specialised in providing bespoke capital solutions to entrepreneurs and management teams in Europe and North America, on its minority investment in Sinewave, a nationally accredited Independent Connections Provider (ICP). Sinewave is the third investment from Three Hills’ dedicated impact strategy.

Sinewave delivers grid connection and electrical infrastructure services across the UK EV charging, renewable and data centre markets. Sinewave recently announced the launch of Amplify, a company capable of delivering full turnkey services to UK EV charging market in public and private sector.

The investment marks the beginning of an exciting new growth chapter for Sinewave, strengthening its market position and supporting ambitions to enter new UK markets and broaden its service offering. With the backing of Three Hills, the business is well-positioned to scale its operations and accelerate delivery across the UK’s electrification landscape.

The deal underscores Opus’ deep expertise in the renewable energy and infrastructure space, and its commitment to supporting clients across the Energy & Sustainability sector.
